I can not connect to Visure database from Visure Client

When trying to connect to Visure server from a client installation I get the following message (The connection is possible from inside the server, but not from an external client.):

                                               

You will need to allow Visure Server going over the server.

1. clicking the Start button ,and search windows firewall with advanced security
2.  Go to Inbound  Rule and click on.

3.) Select the new rule from the right side.

4.) Select Program.

5.) Browse and select the vr_service.exe file. which you can get from C drive.

6.)Allow that file.

7.)Select the Domain And applicable network.

8.) Select the Name And Descriptio. (Hera description is optional).
