Install Visure Requirements ALM Client – Visure Solutions

This article contains the necessary information to perform a correct installation of Visure Requirements ALM (VR). The Visure Requirements ALM installation package contains the modules Visure Requirements ALM Client and Visure Requirements ALM Administration Center

Visure Requirements ALM works with commercial open databases, taking advantage this way of the facilities offered, which will allow avoiding the difficulties and problems of proprietary databases.

Download the Visure Requirements ALM installer from the Visure Download area
Run the installer with a Windows Administrator account
Follow the prompts to install Visure Requirements ALM:

The steps to follow in the installation process are:

Step 1: Start dialog

The Visure Requirements ALM installation process begins with the start dialog:

Click on the ‘Next>’ button to continue with the installation process.

Step 2: License Agreement

Read the license agreement, and if you agree select ‘I accept the terms in the license agreement’ option and click on ‘Next>’ in order to continue.

If you do not agree with the EULA please cancel the installation.

Step 3: Select the location to install the tool

Select the location to install the Visure Requirements ALM files and the Tutorial information (files and databases).

Notice that the Tutorial databases will be shared by all users in the machine; they should be located in a "Working folder" with public access. Administration privileges must not be needed to save information in that location.
