Installation Error: Error reading from file

Users with long usernames have been found to see the following error during the installation process.

This is due to a Microsoft Windows limit of 255 characters in a file/directory path. Users with long usernames might exceed this limit during the extraction of the installer.

Solution:

The files that are affected are only associated with some tutorial documents, not integral to the installation/operation of the tool. These files, while not necessary, can be obtained from the Support Team if requested.

Please click "Ignore" through these files and the installation will continue. Note: there may be between 15-20 pop-ups.
