Sometimes when users report that are being kicked consecutively from Visure Authoring, the reason is the timeout established on the IIS (Internet Information Service) is low, by default is set on 20 minutes, to increase the time the following steps explain how to increase that time.
Step 1
On the Server, go to IIS
Step 2
Expand and open the Application Pool, then right-click the "Visure Authoring 8", then click on Advance Settings.
Visure Authoring 8 is the name for Authoring on versions related to 8. X.Y.ZZZZ
Step 3
On the "Process Model Section" change the Idle Time-out (minutes) to the amount of time that is preferred on your environment.
Step 4
Restart the IIS and the users in the next login shouldn't be logged out too often.
