User Guide: Managing Formulae Plugin Expiration in Visure Client
When logging into the Visure client, you may encounter a pop-up window with the following message:
"Formulae license expired"
Impact
This message does not affect the performance of the Visure client in any way. It is a hard-coded feature by the developer indicating that the plugin has reached its expiration date. However, to avoid this message and ensure seamless usage, you have two options:
Option 1: Disable the Plugin
Disabling the plugin will stop the message from appearing. Follow these steps:

Access the Plugin Manager:
- Open the Visure client and navigate to the top-left corner of the interface.
- Click on Project and select Plugin Manager from the dropdown menu.
- In the pop-up window that appears, locate the Formulae Plugin.
- Uncheck the box next to the plugin to disable it.
Disable for Each Project:
- If your projects are configured with a Corporate Plugin Path in the Admin Center:
- Verify in the Admin Center whether the desired project has a corporate path.
- expand the desired project and click on project settings, you should see the corporate path in the right panel
- If it does, you will need to disable the plugin individually when logging into the project through the Visure client.
- If your projects are configured with a Corporate Plugin Path in the Admin Center:
- Open the Visure client and navigate to the top-left corner of the interface.
Option 2: Update the Plugin
Updating the plugin will resolve the expiration issue and keep the plugin functional. Follow these steps:

Download the Latest Plugin:

Extract the Plugin Files:
- Unzip or extract the plugin files to a convenient location on your computer.

Upload the Plugin via Admin Center:
- Open the Admin Center using the ADMIN account.
- Click on Upload Plugin located in the top menu bar.
- Browse and select the extracted plugin file to upload it.

Confirmation in Visure Client:
- Once the upload is complete, log into the Visure client.
- A confirmation message will appear stating that the plugin has been updated successfully.

Handle Corporate Plugin Path (if applicable):
- If the project is configured with a Corporate Plugin Path:
- Copy the updated plugin files to the destination project's designated folder in the corporate path.
- If the project is configured with a Corporate Plugin Path:
