Installing an SSL security certificate for the Visure client

Installation of the client and SSL certificate.

In order to connect to a Visure project that uses an SSL certificate, you will need to install the Visure Requirements ALM 6 client.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

During the installation, you will need to download and install the following certificate:

Download certificate.

In the corresponding step of the installation process, select "Yes" to "Would you like to use a certificate to connect to Visure server?" and select the downloaded .crt file.

Click on Next > to complete the process.

Connection to the project

Once installed, open Visure Requirements ALM 6.

In the login screen, only the first time, select to Change Database:

In the Server Configuration window, select the following servers:

Server Name: use your own server address

Port: 9090

Visure Database: Select your own database

Click on Ok.

Now that you have selected the server, enter your credentials and password in the log in screen. Select the project and select the user group to connect to the evaluation project.
